Online Coaching Program

This Program includes a tailored program to you, access to the True Coach coaching app, which will have all your workouts on there for you to log as you do them, you can message me directly on it, you can keep track of your progress with photos and weight on the app, you will have 24/7 support and guidance from me throughout. Nutrition guidance and calories tailored to you. Weekly check-ins to make sure you’re keeping on track with your progress.
1-2-1 In Person Training Sessions

1-2-1 personal training is perfect for those who really want to improve their fitness and target certain areas of the body. Whatever your goal, I will focus your hour on pushing you both mentally and physically to your maximum in order to achieve the best results.

4 WEEK COMMITMENT- £45 per session
For clients who can commit to short term goals but aren’t yet ready to commit to full time, required to get significant results.

8 WEEK COMMITMENT- £42.50 per session
For clients with more availability and the focus of a medium-term goal and the results that can be achieved in that time.

12 WEEK COMMITMENT - £40 per session
For clients looking to optimise their training routine and maximise their results with a long-term plan for lifestyle change.

Pre/Post Natal (40 Minutes) - £30 per session

Pre/Post Natal (1 Hour) - £45 per session
​
Pre/Post Natal (40 Minutes) 2/3 Ladies - £20 per person

Video call sessions are available to those that are unable to train at the gyms, these calls can be from anywhere you prefer, home, office, garden anywhere you can take your phone.
